Great turn out of riders for the first ride of 2010. Jeff gave his pre-ride pep talk on the voodoo science of how to trip the red lights while cycling. I just happen to catch it all on video too! Good stuff!
Rode the back way through Vista, onto Old River Road and a refuel stop at McDonalds in Bonsall, fav. stop for cyclists. Longer route went up Sleeping Indian over to Bonsall. After the break riders were off for a mad dash on Camino del Rey and the climb up Champagne Blvd. Tooks some time a captured some video and pics of the climb.
Large turn out, the weather was excellent in the 70's and everyone seemed ready for the new year.
